Followup on Complaints: 

On the left of any page is a textbox. Enter a valid complaint number and press the "Go" button or hit Enter on your keyboard. You will be taken to the page where the complaint is displayed.

Above the complaint is a "Follow-up" link, which allows both complainants and complainees to post their remarks and follow-up on that particular complaint.

Note: You must enter a valid email ID in order for us to process the follow-up. This is also important for us to reply to your concerns and queries.
