We reserve the right to choose whether or not to reveal and display the contents of the complaint of the complainant, in its entirety or in an edited or abridged form.

We reserve the right to expunge or omit words and phrases, which we think are inappropriate, from the contents of the complaint before revealing or displaying it.

We may choose not display the complaint if we think it's contents should not be displayed, without having to attribute a reason or provide an explanation to the complainant.

We may choose to remove the complaint  which has already been displayed, whenever we wish to do so, without having to attribute a reason or provide an explanation to the complainant.
