We invite companies and organization to build their own ComplaintBook using the
CREAM - Customer Response Evaluation and Administration
Module. This module provides a mechanism through which your
customer complaints can be viewed, administered, analyzed and addressed.
Complaintbook.com will set up the required customized web-based forms which will be presented to the customers for making online complaints. The elements of the form (check-boxes, text areas or radio buttons)
are built to suit the company-specific products and services.
The companies can log-on to this application which is essentially a folder-structured interface through which the company administers the complaints, views pre-formatted reports and modifies options.
Reporting Tools: Companies can view reports showing the number of complaints received, replied, forwarded, unread, Graphs with averages categorized by products and services. A built-in tracking system
measures various indices such as the customer Satisfaction Index (SI) and the company Response Index (RI).
